We are constantly looking for short term contractors to do various jobs at the properties we manage. If you have a skill, license or ability to do contract work (IRS form 1099), please fill in the form below to be added to our list. When jobs become available, we will email all contractors on our email list with a request-for-bid. Contracts are awarded within 48 hours and jobs usually last anywhere from a few hours to 30 days. We even have on-going projects (regular maintenance) that you can also bid.
